Maybe you’ve heard of me before, maybe you haven’t.

​My life’s pretty good… I get to spend most of my time (when I’m not helping create wealthy programmers) hanging out with my wife and daughter, travelling the world, and enjoying my freedom.

Here are some of the places I've had the chance to visit...

As of writing this, I’m currently living in San Diego.

I was 28 and living in California

I had no security at my job as a software developer

I had barely any savings to rely on

I had next to no time to look for another high-paying job at a FAANG-level company

... and to top it all off, this was all in the midst of the great recession in 2008.

This meant I couldn’t out-earn inflation even if I was working 3 jobs at the same time (believe me, I tried).

There’s a stupid myth out there..as long as you have a tech degree and experience, a high-paying opportunity will come your way…

… Well sometimes it doesn’t…

And if you want to build wealth quickly it is almost never the answer...

I know, because I tried.

I gave it everything I had.

I gave it my BEST shot.

And it didn’t work.

​Because I played by the rules and I did everything right...

I hated it because I had spent so much time taking the path everyone said would pan out with hardly any results to show for it.

I had goals, dreams and aspirations...I wanted more out of life...

...and trying to out-earn inflation with overtime hours wasn't going to work.

So I did what everyone else out there does in this situation.

I started looking for a way out.

I looked everywhere and a few months later I found it.

I stumbled upon a forum where a group of guys and gals were talking about how they were "Fast-Wealth Builders" finding stupid simple ways to earn A LOT of money DURING THE RECESSION, and retire while they're young.

This was a cool concept to me, and as I researched more and more I found that most of them were just like me.

They also knew they needed to make a LOT of money and find a way to retire before they were too old to enjoy the freedom…

​The only difference was they had a proven process to get there…

Just think about it:

All I knew how to do was provide value and deliver quality work

And even though I have past experience of working at high-paying companies throughout my 20s…

I still had to adapt to the changing environment and learn how to not only negotiate for 6 figure salary, and transform that into wealth.

Looking back, those first 3 years were brutal.

Late nights.

Hard work.

Stress.

I remember there was one night in particular where I’d stayed 5 hours overtime trying to bang out a project before the deadline. My team had gone home and I stayed to wrap things up.

My wife was pissed that I was spending another late night away from her.

And come to find out that when I finished everything, I only got a tiny split of the overtime because it had to be a “team effort”.

That was my life and I was ready to quit.

But thankfully, I didn't...

I proved the idea of “following the traditional life path” to be all wrong…

Instead of slaving away at an office job having never taken the leap to make my-self known in the FAANG world and larger programming industry

I'm busy passing up 6 figure deals because I don't need them, travelling the world, and never looking back

Unlike 90% of the software development industry who despite earning 6 figures, only end up keeping a small fraction and are locked into their careers forever.

You see these devs get comfortable having bragging rights that they’re earning “good money” at a high status company, and ignore the fact that they still have to spend the majority of their time making someone else rich.

I did this for years, and it not only drove me crazy…

It drove me to the point where I was often taking on more than I could chew hoping to impress my boss for a raise, bringing my work home and losing precious memories with my family

Instead of me building wealth and living life on my terms I was working night and day just to please my boss

And the best part is that because I’ve taken certain steps, I don’t even have to run interviews for these high-paying gigs anymore.

The really cool thing is that…
